Terms of Service

You must be:

• At least 18 years old
• An Indian citizen or resident, or a Non-Resident Indian (NRI), OCI/PIO cardholder, or other overseas Indian, in each case acting in relation to assets situated in India
• A legal heir, court-appointed executor, or authorised representative of the deceased person whose assets you are seeking to trace or claim
• Capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872

By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide about yourself and the deceased person is accurate and that you are authorised to act in the capacity you have stated.

Dravinam Wealth provides document preparation and information organisation services. Specifically, we:

• ✓ Search public registries (UDGAM, IEPF, IRDAI, CKYC) on your behalf using information you provide, and report findings to you
• ✓ Organise and structure uploaded AIS, TIS, and Form 26AS documents into readable asset maps
• ✓ Prepare pre-filled legal heir certificate application forms, affidavits, and submission guides
• ✓ Prepare representative assessee application documents and indemnity bonds
• ✓ Generate institution-specific claim kits containing cover letters, indemnity bonds, and application forms
• ✓ Prepare death intimation letters for dispatch to financial institutions

We are NOT:

• ✗ A law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our documents are templates and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before submission if you have any doubt.
• ✗ Guaranteeing that any government office, bank, or institution will accept the documents we prepare.
• ✗ Acting as your legal representative in any proceeding.
• ✗ An insurance company, bank, or financial institution.
• ✗ Responsible for delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by government offices or institutions.

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
• Upload only documents that you are legally entitled to share
• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your relationship to the deceased
• Not use our platform to prepare fraudulent documents or to claim assets to which you are not entitled
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately at support@dravinamwealth.com if you believe your account has been compromised

Service fees are listed on each service page. All amounts are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST.

Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.

All content on this platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, templates, guides, and logos — is owned by Dravinam Wealth Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
