Dravinam Wealth is committed to resolving customer grievances promptly and fairly. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect from us.
1. How to Raise a Grievance

Step 2 — If Unresolved, Escalate to the Grievance Officer
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 7 business days of first contact, escalate to:

Response time: within 30 days of receiving the escalation, as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What You Can Raise a Grievance About
We accept grievances related to:
- Quality or accuracy of documents prepared by us
- Delays in service delivery beyond our stated timelines
- Refund requests that were denied but you believe should be approved
- Misuse or mishandling of your personal data
- Any other concern about how our platform or team has treated you
We cannot resolve grievances about:
- Decisions made by government offices or financial institutions (e.g., rejection of your LHC application by the Tehsildar's office)
- Payment disputes that are the result of your bank's or card issuer's policies
3. Regulatory Escalation
If your grievance relates to personal data processing and you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India (once constituted under the DPDP Act 2023).
If your grievance relates to a payment or financial transaction, you may contact the Banking Ombudsman or the relevant regulator.
4. Our Commitment
We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours.
We resolve or provide a detailed status update within 7 business days.
We escalate to the Grievance Officer within 30 days if unresolved.
We never close a grievance without communicating the outcome to you.
